Zone21 Events was established in 2025 by its founder, Mr. Dean Mwanza, with a simple idea: event planning should not be this complicated.
The idea came from observing the challenges faced by people organizing events. Finding reliable service providers often meant travelling from place to place, spending valuable time searching, comparing prices, and hoping that the person or company found through social media would actually deliver what they promised.
At the same time, many event organizers have a specific budget but struggle to understand how to allocate it effectively. They may know how much they want to spend, but not how much should go towards a venue, security, entertainment, catering, production, photography, transportation, or other essential services.
Zone21 Events was created to bring all of this together.
